Cancel a monthly plan
Cancel from the Billing page; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Open Account, then Billing.
- Select Cancel renewal and confirm.
What to expect
You keep the plan until the period ends. You can choose Keep my plan before then.
If this did not work
Contact support if the option is missing.
